I always think these pages sound a little dumb - I mean, you're here to look at the pictures, not to hear me waffle about myself. But, you're here on this page so waffle I shall...
I've been taking photographs now for around ten years - I started with a Minolta Dynax 7 SLR, which I used for many years, and played around with lots of different types of film and techniques. At some point I'll get around to scanning the more interesting images from that era. Speaking of eras, I eventually moved into digital photography...
Starting with what I knew, I kept with the Minolta line of digital cameras. When they eventually released a DSLR, the Dynax 7D, I transitioned over to that, and you'll see various images made on that platform on this site. I then made a foray into rangefinder photography - my current favourite tool is the Epson RD -1s, with a 40mm Minolta CLE lens. I also tend to carry a Canon Powershot G9 for (relatively) easy pocketability.
So I guess that's more of a history of the tools than of me - hope you found it vaguely interesting.
